David Freudiger is a member of Brown & Fortunato’s Litigation Group. He has more than 35 years of experience representing businesses in trial and appellate matters in federal and state courts and administrative forums. In addition, David has experience counseling clients on environmental, zoning and other regulatory matters and advising clients on reporting requirements, acquisitions, and permit and real estate matters.

Prior to joining Brown & Fortunato, David served as in-house counsel for an environmental testing and consulting corporation based in Irving, Texas, and worked in the Washington, D.C. office of an international law firm.

David is a member of the State Bar of Texas. He is admitted to the United States Supreme Court, U.S. Courts of Appeal for the Fifth and Sixth Circuits and the Federal District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas.

David obtained his J.D. from Baylor University School of Law in 1989. He graduated Magna cum Laude from Arkansas State University in 1986 with a B.A. in Philosophy, where he was the Honor Graduate in his department and a member of the Phi Kappa Phi National Honor Society.

David grew up in and lives in Dallas, Texas. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, working out, attending sports events and seeing live theater productions and musical performances.
